What is the best selling phone in US?

Believe or not, the Motorola RAZR V3 is still the best-selling phone in the US.
Despite widespread reports of Moto’s painful death, it seems the US device maker’s iconic clamshell still the American consumer best choice. NPD Group says the RAZR outsold iPhone 3G, BlackBerry Curve, LG Chocolate and BlackBerry Pearl in the top five. 

Quite unbelievable right, US is the ONLY country where RAZR V3 tops. Perhaps the main factor being that the phone is sold everywhere, often free on a contract

Sadly for Moto, it makes little revenue from each sale, and has yet to follow up with a similarly sexy model.
